    For the first time in Georgia and the Transcaucasian region, Adrenal Vein Sampling (AVS) will be available.

    In the near future, for the first time in Georgia and the entire Transcaucasian region, Adrenal Vein Sampling (AVS) will become available at TIM Clinic. AVS, a minimally invasive diagnostic procedure involving the selective collection of blood samples from adrenal veins, is performed on patients with primary aldosteronism. The results of this investigation help determine the optimal treatment strategy for each individual patient. This procedure is considered the gold standard in endocrinology and surpasses other diagnostic methods in its precision and effectiveness.Read more

    TIM's doctors at the American College of Cardiology Conference

    In November 2023, the American College of Cardiology held a conference in Athens, bringing together leading cardiologists and healthcare specialists from around the world to share the latest advancements in clinical research and practice. Our medical center's team of doctors—Otar Rukhadze, Giorgi Kachakhidze, Teona Abramishvili, Sopho Janashia, Shota Abkhaza, and Lali Esebua—presented several complex and rare clinical cases. These included our experience in managing angiosarcoma, massive pulmonary thromboembolism, and arrhythmogenic cardiomyopathy.Read more
